I also have seen this in my .257 AB boxes...around 10%+ of the two boxes concerned were affected.
I thought it pretty poor for such a premium product & communicated with Nosler about it.
Also, when finally assembled into cartridges and boxed, the polymer tips would fall from the bullet.
So, either shoot them & forget it or pull the bullet, resize and re-seat a new bullet.
A pain in the 'arris!
It transpired the batch numbers indicated these boxes of bullets have been on distributor/retail shelves for seven years.
