What is the length of the season in Michigan? Is it the same across the entire state, or does the UP permit more time afield?

The gun season is Nov 15-30 state wide. ML season is in Dec, late doe season is Dec and of course archery for the entire month of Dec.

Plus bow season goes from Oct 1st thru Nov 14th. So all together we have a 3 month season. But with 1 million hunters.........it gets kind of crowded.

Good Luck you guys in Michigan, we have a week to wait as well.
We are leaving next Saturday to the farm and we will scout in the afternoon and then start on Sunday.
I hope the rut starts around the 18th so that we might get a crack at a real big guy.
