Home Sales Tax- very important to read

Read the tax code! BTW, profits on your home are unearned income!

I've looked in the tax code and I can't find your reference to ""home profits up to $2 million are not taxed in this country" -- clarity, please! You don't want to be spreading "disinformation," do you?

I never said home profits are not unearned income. In your post to which I initially responded, you said, "politicians have stayed away from taxing unearned income"; I simply pointed out your "disinformation." Can we now agree that unearned income (including home profits), at certain levels, has been subject to taxes for years, and years, and years.

More to the issue of this thread, surely, we can agree that the tax explanation offered by the OP was incorrect.

The only unearned income that I am aware which is taxed is dividends, interest and capital cains but at a lower rate. You are correct about that. I am talking about Federal Taxes on home sales because this is about Obama's tax.

You do some work for a change other than Liberal finger pointing and flipping the monkey from your back onto mine, and you read the tax code. Maybe you will learn something? I have a Financial background (MBA) and have already read most of it! As usual, you are wasting my time Hunter which seems to be the only thing that you are good at!

Since you refuse to direct my attention to the source of your knowledge that, "Home[] profits up to $2 million are not taxed," is that an admission that you've been spreading disinformation?

You say you're talking about tax on home sales and not being aware home profits (at some level) have been subject to tax for years; well, partner, if you were up on your reading of the tax code you'd know that. Next time I need tax advice from an MBA I'll check-in with you.

Hunter, enough is enough. You are a lazy, stupid monkey who can not even look up on IRS.gov and find in that site the booklet and instructions and maybe take 10 minutes and read it. If you are too stupid to find this and information yourself, I have nothing left to say to you, except you waste my time, Hunter. Find a brain, learn to read and inform yourself and then about things which you finally might know didly about. Dummy!
