YUP! got my "permit to shoot from a standing motor vehicle" for Wyoming (if its still good from 2006), One for Minnesota, (Where I am in self imposed exile), and one from back home in South Dakota that Ive had since 1979!!! Permited I am, liscensed Im not. Cash flow, you know...Some day. Oh, and buy the way. congrats to all who draw. Post pics!! I do some vicarious hunting through you all. CL
