Was down in lower Michigan earlier this week. Had to make a stop at Jays in Gaylord. Always easy to spend a bit on reloading materials when I stop as there seems to always be something I dont want to run low on.

Anyway, I took a little gander in the gun dept and what did I find but a used Sako in 7m-08. MY DREAM RIFLE/CARTRIDGE. Been looking for one used for a couple of years and here it was. :twisted: " Mint condition and about right on price". :roll: I thought "no, you just got a Sako in 308 and one in 270 this year be responsible and don't do it". :twisted: "Yeh, but the 270 went to son #2 so really you only got the 308 for yourself". :roll: "But the wife won't like it, especially with the company laying off people. And what if your number comes up"?

So "common sense" won (I think) and I left it there. So if any of you boys in the lower are looking for a Sako in 7m-08 it is probably still there . . . waiting for you :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

I must say that you left the gun of your life in that shop :shock:

I got my hands on one 18mht agoe. A Sako 75 DL 7mm-08rem. Shoots like a dreem and one of the "fastest" guns i ever shoot.

Shoot the two under here in under 4 sek :twisted:

And the one under here tryed to get a way, but whit a natrual pointing gun like this i ust got him be fore he got a way in the treeline.

So boys if you can get your hand on it, get moving :lol:

Hey Caine, That's the rifle. I am still kind of kicking myself. And if the job thing gets straightened out, and I am not layed off, that rifle could still be mine.

Last seson i used 150grs scirocco, now i`m trying the 160 grs AB but got som 140 grs Rhino and 140 grs PT. This gun shoots more than good whit most bullest.
