I watched moose bedded down watching the range when it was live. I've also had to cease fire as deer grazed through the range on a couple of occasions. One of our handgun ranges had a bear that grazed on a berm each spring. It would be disquieting to be firing and have that big head pop over the berm to watch the antics of the shooters. He never harmed anyone and didn't actually wander onto the range, but he would from time-to-time pop his head up just to see what was happening.

You aren't kidding Guy. I still need to get Lori out there to put eyes on Cody. Really looking hard at that area when I retire, or shortly thereafter.

...should put in for recruiting duty, last recruiter spent 75% of his time working across the street @ the LGS... :mrgreen:
