I use "Strelok" for the Android. Not only is it excellent for drop/wind charts, but it has just about every ballistic reticle known to man in of, and can give you exact yardages to your hash marks. Best free app out there.

I run Bullet Flight on my Iphone. Does wind, elevation and tell you clicks to come up as well. It is infinitely adjustable to loads, bullets, etc. Plus, you can pull weather data. The best I have seen so far..

I have both and MUCH prefer Ballistic over iSnipe. (Note: I have both Ballistic and Ballistic FTE. iSnipe never gets fired up any more.)
