I've used TAC before and it shot well enough considering my AR is a 1 1/2 MOA gun. Not sure about the velocity but all of the Remington SPS Tactical rifles I've seen have shot really well so I think you'll do alright.

I load TAC for my plinking stuff, it meters really well which is good because I crank them out on the dillon.
