It's 15 degrees, let's hike the mulie & chukar hills!

This morning it was heading towards 15 degrees, but absolutely beautiful, with fair skies and almost no wind. Dog and I hopped in the Jeep and headed for my nearby mule deer, coyote & chukar hunting area. We weren't hunting today, just hiking to stay fit, and to enjoy the great outdoors.

Absolutely not running! Have to get this snow out from between my toes! Besides, why are we ALWAYS hiking up, and up and up? :mrgreen:


Cougars, coyotes and wolves in the area even in winter, so yes, I was packing the good ol' .45 1911. Just in case.

Sweet scenery Guy! Man those hills look nice. I really like the snow covered mountains. Makes me want to find a big mulie track and transform into a bloodhound.
