I'm curious what kinds of jump the Partitions and BTs tend to like? I'm about to start working up some loads with 140s in my 6.5 Creedmoor. Just looking for a good starting point.

Any suggestions?

Treat the Partitions and the Ballistic Tips as cup and core bullets (which they are, at least on the front). Allow a short jump to the lands. I would normally start at about 0.010 inches from the lands. AccuBonds appear to provide the best results when they have more jump. Allow even 0.100 inches of jump for these.

I have had best luck with partitions and BTs between 10 and 20 thousands off the lands.

I normally start at 20 thousands, and seat deeper or further out to tighten up. Mostly seating deeper works for me.
