You need to use the advanced editor...not just the quick reply. In the top row, just below the subject line, hit the button. It will put text similar to this in the editor -

In between the ][ in the middle, put the image location. For your image, it is [url=https://i.ibb.co/tbjDSDL/DEER-Watching.jpg]https://i.ibb.co/tbjDSDL/DEER-Watching.jpg[/url]

When you do everything above, you get this:
