Lapua Brass - 300 Win Mag

I heard from a Lapua Rep this week that Lapua will soon be manufacturing brass for .300 Win Mag!

Unfortunately he couldn't give me a time frame but I am excited about it.

i think lapua had offered it in the past? glad to see they have brought it back out if they did. the 215 hybrid in a lapua case should be dandy! I just loaded a 300 grain scenar in a 338 lapua surgeon remedy to 2930 fps, yes a bit over pressured but the brass took it with minor objection "ejector marks apparent", settled on 2800 fps everything is happy now and the gun shoots amazing. was extremely impressed with the surgeon rifle in all aspects. light weight, NO. inexpensive NO. extremely accurate YES. smooth and well thought out YES. fit and finish excellent. would like to own one? working on it.

That is smoking for a .338 Lapua and a 300 grain bullet. 2,800 isn't a slouch either. Those Surgeons are awesome rifles. I'd love to own one.
