Shot the 95 grain Ballistic Tips last for the day. Happy with this result.
4 out of six new loads went 1" or less. I still don't discount shooter error on the results but time will tell. May be bedding. All in all I think this is pretty good for a rifle straight out of the box and six untested loads.

Looks to be a fine load, and the rifle digests it very well.

Must be something about these Hawkeye Compacts. I have one in 7.62 x 39 and anyone who thinks that this caliber cannot be accurate should come and shoot this one. Easily sub MOA with my handloads and Golden Bear ammo, and just a little over MOA with Wolf and Tula.

Unfortunately Ruger no longer makes this combo, but the Hawkeye's are very accurate little rifles.
