LC Match Brass

Is Lake City Match brass thicker like the military type brass or is it more like commercial type brass? Have heard, read both ways. Wondering if the powder capacity is less or same as commercial brass. This is 7.62 brass by the way. Thanks, Dan.

In the 7.62 and 30-06 it is the same as regular military in thickness so back off at least 1 grain. In 5.56 LC runs about the same capacity as most others and even has more capacity than some. I ran across a batch of 30-06 LC Match that was from pulled down ammo a few years ago and it is only used for serious match shooting with my M1 Garand.
