Leupold Custom Scope

I looked threw a Leupold VX3i 4.5-14X40 with the Boone&Crocket at the Cabelas in Va and inside the hash marks were hard to pick up unless you were looking out the window or towards a light so that turned me off towards the BDC style reticle. Also when placed on a dark back round it was hard to see the hash marks.

i just ordered at vx3i 6.5x20x50 with a 30 mm tube and side focus with m1 nobs. going on a 300 win mag for now

Excellent choice IMO.
