Oct 5, 2004 #2 R Rogue6 Beginner Oct 1, 2004 39 0 I've picked up a 2-7 and a 3-9. They arn't a vxiii, but they are a nice scope for the price. I haven't put them on any heavy kickers, but they seem to be working out fine. The 2-7 is on a little 243 adl, and it makes a nice little setup for my kids.

Oct 7, 2004 #4 R Rogue6 Beginner Oct 1, 2004 39 0 I used regular luepold rings and one piece mounts. I alway lap my rings before mounting any scope.

What's the difference between a Rifleman and a VX-I ? I've seen them both at SW side by side for the same price. ZM
