I don't doubt that you get good accuracy from MagPro; however, I question whether MagPro is less temperature sensitive than RL22, being a double-base powder. I've used both in extremely cold weather; I haven't noted any serious loss of velocity. Of course, I don't develop these loads in very hot weather, either.

Dr Mike makes a good point, I do all my load development @ 70f or below and and where I hunt temps can get down to 15f the techs at accurate tell me I can expect about a 1 to 2 percent loss of velocity over those extremes with magpro I think RL 22 is just slightly more than that..
