Well I prepped some Win virgin brass tonight and am ready to load up some rounds with 165 PTs. I have H4350, IMR4350 and RL19 on hand. What powder would you start with? I am able to reach the lands even with this rifle having a detachable mag, so I am going to start .010" off and work on a charge that it likes first.

I would go in the order you listed them, H 4350, IMR 4350 and RL 19 last. Any of them would work well though.

I'll second what Gerry said. I started with H4350, and shots 7, 8, and 9 from the first workup with that rifle made a sub-half-minute group at 100yds, and I've never looked back.

IMR 4350 was always my go to powder for the 30-06.

What charge are you guys using? I started at Hodgen's max (59.0) and then went down 1.5 gr and 3.0 grains.

I started at either 54 or 55gr, or maybe 56, and worked up to Hodgdon's max of 59gr. My best load was at 59.

Don't have the data anymore but know I worked up slowly to the max loads with both 4350's and similar bullets.

I am shooting the 165 Partition with 58.5 gr of IMR 4350. The Partitions tend to build pressure fast because of the Partition right at the ogive, so I am not pushing real hot loads for my .30-06 for that reason.
