Looking for a 325?

Mine is a .300 WSM and feeds those fat cartridges very nicely.

The "coyote" version has a stock that's pretty chunky and is a fairly heavy rifle overall. Accuracy potential though is high...

Jake, you are now on my IGNORE list. That is the same exact rifle I would like to build. I wasn't thinking a 358STA, but it would do.. Man, that rifle has some nice wood one it. What a TANK!

Did you see what I found Kurt? You would even pick it up!

If the good Doctor doesn't watch himself, he may be replaced as the Western King Enabler! That's a nice looking stick, but for whatever reason, doesn't really turn my crank.

Coyotes do usually shoot very well.

The rifles that is, not the predators (thank God)

The 358STA does grab my attention; but fortunately, I'm on the wrong side of the 49th parallel.

...always kinda liked that .358 STA, but there's a little sumpthin to said for that "puny" .325 WSM...

.358 STA 225gr. NPT @ MV 2850fps/ 200yd. Zero/ 10mph full value
300yds./ 2389fps/ 2852ft#/ 7.0"/ 5.1"wd

.325 WSM 220gr. Sierra SBT @ MV 2800fps/ 200yd. Zero/ 10mph full value
300yds./ 2421fps/ 2863ft#/ 7.1"/ 4.3"wd

...the .325 WSM manages this w/ about 20% less powder & considerably less recoil...
