What a rifle!

7mm Bee Euromark!

My load is 154 HORNADY SP 74.5/RL22 at 3300 fps

That is a chambering that could seduce me into buying a Weatherby. Those I have shot were interesting.

Jim nailed it. Very nice.

Have you hunted much with the 154 Hornady Fotis?

I need to try the 150 grain Nosler Partition next. if it shoots as well as the 154 hornady I will be very lucky.

Scotty I had a very good friend who did not reload. He used a 7 millimeter Weatherby Magnum for just about everything and his go to load for factory ammunition was the 154 Hornady he never ever had a problem with it. From antelope to elk.

I was wondering. Knew it was a Weatherby factory load. They don't load crap in any of their Ammo.

Saying that, a 150 PT would be a wrecking ball.

Scott the above group indeed was my load. My buddy used the factory load not me, but they do load the 154 Hornady too at abuot the same speed.

Nice, good stuff. I would think you'd be choppin in high cotton with a 154 clicking along that fast. That is a perfect round for alot of stuff.

With every bee in the hive this one is dedicated to deer.

240 257 for antelope, the 270 Ultralight for climbing up and down hills and then the 300 340 378 416 and 460 for .....I do not know!

Some body said it. "seductive" is the word- that's one pretty and business like hunk a rifle. CL

There's just something about the 154 hornady. It shoots in EVERY 7 mm I try it in.
If you've got a 7 mm anything that's giving accuracy trouble these are the guys to try....but I'll be darned if I know why!

Every single Mark V I own has a 26" tube. I will not own one with a 24", but then I am weird!

The 154 Spirepoint, NOT SST, was my goto bullet for a couple of decades until Hornady put production on hold. Just about the time I ran out.
They are a tough, deadly bullet from 10 yards to way out there and I never worried about bullet failure when I pulled the trigger.
They would also cut one jagged hole when you find the right load.
I do feel Hornady has hamstrung the 7mag in general and with this bullet in particular, with their anemic loading data.
