Lyman Press, Has anyone had this problem?

I bought a Lyman Crusher II press at the start of the year. It has snapped 2 ram pins in this time, and only while FL sizing .22/250 brass. Just wondering if anyone else has had a problem with these pins?

I use the Orange Crusher and I didn't have that problem. Might be a factory defect. Just contact Lyman and pretty sure they'll take care of the problem.

I took the press back to the shop and they fitted a new pin the first time. I have taken it back again and they are sending the whole press back to Lyman, so we'll see what the verdict is. Most of the guys at the shop all use the same press and have been reloading anything from .300 win mag to .458 LOTT and haven't had any problems, so maybe it is just a dodgy batch of pins or there is something else wrong with the press. I was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem.

I`ve used a Orange Crusher for over 15 yrs and can`t find fault with any part of it. I`d bet there is a flaw Lyman missedat some point.
