Can anyone tell me if the case specs in the manual are max specs or is it just a guideline, I see different spec in different manuals...Dont want to blow my face off...thanks
Which specs?
The COLUSED will vary from maker to maker depending on the bullets geometery. MAX COL is usually the SAAMI recommended max lenght that will fit in any factory riflles MAGAZINE chambered for that cartridge.
Case figures are normally the max allowed lenght. Some books give a "trim to" lenght also. There should be paragraph or two in the books that explain the drawings / data and what they are depicting.[/b]
