just courious as to what the majority considers an average exceptibale group for ML's would be at 100yrds,,, i havent shot mine since last years deer season ( got a ten point mulley  )and i need to get back into working with it some  ( more) i was using 250gr shockwaves in my TC encore in 50cal with 2 pellets of triple 7

My T/C Omega shoots about 1.25-1.5" at 100 yds with 120 grs 777 and a .451 cal 260 gr PT. I should try to see if I can do better with this rifle.

My M700ML 50 cal has shot a couple groups that went under 1" but the average is right at 1". 100 grs 777 and a .429 cal 250 gr PT and the .451 cal 260 gr PT. My longest kill with this rifle is 167 yds.

TC Encore 110 grains triple 7, 348 powerbelt, Win 209 = 1" group at 100 yards with open sights from a rest....pellets and scopes are not allowed here, but with that kind of accuracy, I manage!

I shoot a .45 TC Omega SS/Syn with a Nikon 3-9 prostaff. My load is a 200gr SST with 110 gr of loose triple se7en 3f. I get 1-1.25" groups with a spit patch inbetween shots. If I dont run a patch my groups are usually 1.5 to 2 inches. Part of me wants to try that new Blackhorn powder but the other part of me says why mess with 1-1.25" groups.

My load is very close to Yotesmokers (Maybe because he recommended it)

100gr 777
Win 209 Primer
338gr Powerbelt platinum (I'm not an elitist, that just all they had)
1" groups at 100 yards.

My first inline will shoot 3/4" groups all day with one specific load. You vary that load by several grains, differnt bullet or primer and it goes to heck. I have tried numerous combos but it will only shoot the one  As follows...

CVA Mag Hunter 209
Winchester 209 primer
777 FFG 85 grains
300 grain T/C Shockwave

My new muzzleloader has had a few combos run through it but I settled really quick on the following...

T/C Bone Collector Triumph 28" barrel
CCI M209 primer
115 grains Black Horn 209
250 grain Barnes EZ-Tipped bullet

This will shoot under an 1" at 100 yards.

ive tried the 295 pb but accuracy was terrible,, ive tried the hornady xtp in 240gr and it was ok ,, but so far the 250gr shockwaves (black sabot) seems to shoot the best for me at this point,, to be honest i probly didnt give the others much of a chance as far as working with differnt powder loads

The best I got with my Savage ML was .960 with Barnes Spitfires.
