Excited about a new purchase I've had my eyes on since 2021 and finally dove in on the Nosler Model 21 rifle in 280 Ackley Improved. I'll be putting on a Nightforce ATACR 4-16x50 F2 riflescope. Any recommendations on scope rings and height? Looking at Seekins 34mm 1 inch (it doesn't look like Talley makes the ultralight rings in 34mm for the rifle). Hoping trophy grade 280 ammo is the ticket for this as I don't currently handload. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum. The M21 is a darn nice rifle. Lots of custom features at a reasonable price. The 280 AI is an excellent round capable of taking most anything in North America with the right bullet.
I have 2 M21's, the 308 has a VX-6HD 3-18x44mm in PRW medium rings and the 375 H&H Mag has a VX-5HD 2-10x42mm in PRW medium rings. Both of these scopes have 30mm tubes. I do believe that you can use a medium hight ring.
