You do this sort of thing just to torment me. You know I can't take advantage of these. I've always regretted letting my FWT 7X57 get away. I've had two of the FST .280s; both shot very well. The first was a push feed and the second was the CRF. It has accounted for quite a few deer for me. Those are some nice rifles.

Yeah, I do prefer the CRF's in the Model 70's, but to be really honest, my first big game rifle is a push feeder 7RM M70 and I have never had a single issue and this little 7x57 M70 feeds really nice. I couldn't turn down the 7x57 when I got it. It is actually probably touch nicer than the 1st one I posted and it shoots very well. I am actually thinking of bedding it and pillaring it when I get home, just to make it solid and reliable for my son. I would buy it from it, but he says he isn't selling!

Mike, it is just a little thank you for all the help you give me!

Any time I can return the favour, I'll do it in a heartbeat!

I know Mike. Trust me.. I am keeping a picture of you on my reloading room door from now on. When the wife asks me what I am doing, I will have her glance at the picture and I will state "just trying out something Mike told me to try"... You'll be famous!

That sounds suspiciously like a threat. I have seen pictures of your wife shooting; and your reports indicate that she does so reasonably well. Man, that is just cold!

Ha, your safe I think buddy.. She usually has both barrels pointed at me! She knows I am the root of all wrong doing when it comes to bullets, rifles, cases, reloading gears, primers, hunting clothes, etc!

Stand your ground, Scotty. I need all the protection I can get. I'm an old man and can't run fast any more.

Missed one Scotty!!

Ooh, that one is making me weak in the knees...

The7x57 and the swede are awsome guns. If it's it's a mod 70 it had better be CRF for me.

You know Scotty, that laminated .280 would be a perfect sibling for your 7 WSM!

That's the spirit, Hegland! Help ol' Scotty out by recommending what he needs and doesn't know he needs.

I do like that CRF 280 Featherweight...

I wished I could find another Model 70 Laminated like the 7 and 270 WSM, in a 325. Now that would make me smile. I picked up the little 7WSM for a great price. Not so much luck on the 325, yet.

The swede is. I really like that thing if my projects were all done I'd be all over it.

Oh man! That is a REALLY nice one... I added it to the watched list. That little 6.5 Swede would really be something in the Model 70.... That one has alot going for it!
