This might be one for the record books. Pete Balestracci dropped this monster elk at 200 yards with his Savage long range hunter in 338 Lapua. He scores 610 7/8". Congrats Pete!

I saw that on Facebook - the bull is from one of those high-fence operations, and scores into the 600+ inch range...

That's about 200 inches more than a BIG, BIG free range, wild elk.

All the same, it's a monster of a bull.
