Moose Hunting Stategies

I’m looking for a good read on moose hunting. I love to read about hunting strategies for a variety of game and incorporate those with my own. It also gets me excited about the hunt. I have read dozens of books on whitetail strategies but I can’t find anything on moose hunting. Does anyone out there know of any books on moose hunting? What about DVD of a moose hunt?

mike, if you can gut Jim Shockey I have one of his vids of alaskan/yukon
I also like one produced by stoney wolf called "lost antlers"
and I have one filmed here in Utah called "stalking trophy moose" made by the bybee brothers of majestic productions. I baught all of them off of ebay. let me know if you need help locating them.

moose hunting isn't terribly challenging.

Step one find an area with good moose numbers (by far the hardest)

step two get a good vantage point and look for a moose

step three do a little calling, especially around rivers and swampy areas

step four shoot moose

step 5-30 deal with the moose carcass and get all that meat home again.
