My Review Article On Guns & Ammo

Thanks man, I have had so much fun with this rifle shooting, load work, hunting over the last 9 months that I was moved to write about the good qualities of this rifle. In fact, I am still blown away by this rifle.

That is a sharp looking rifle and has also made me relook at Savage as major player in todays market. Plus, knowing that most of them will shoot so well is alot of assurance you probably won't get a dud! Scotty

Thanks guys, as I said, it was a ball over the last 9 months working with this rifle. :)

Thanks POP and JD, I have had fun and fixing to have some more. My Ramshot Magnum powder came into day and I have loaded 150gr TTSX's in front of MRP, RL-25 and Magnum and will see tomorrow or Friday how the Savage likes these little pills. :)

I regisered on the site but only saw some pictures. What else is needed? There is an article, right?

When you go to the sight CLICK on the first picture that shows the rifle barrel on the log pointing right at you. when you click on the picture you will see some text under neath the picture. When you get through reading the text then look at the icon right above the picture that says NEXT and click on it and it will take you to the next picture and you see once again text underneath the picture. Continue to do this until you get to the last picture and you will have been able to read the whole article. :)

I like the index marks on the screws. A great idea that will be put to use. Thanks

Cool you noticed those index marks. If the screws loosen at all from their original factory setting, I can torque them back where they belong. A big mistake by many who own a Stainless Savage in Accustock is that hey need to understand there is no need to take the receiver out of the stock unless you dropped it a mud hole or something like that.
