Greetings from Australia.
I am hand loading for a Sako AV in 375. I will be using 270 grain Woodleigh Protected Points and ADI 2209 powder (sold as H4350 in USA).
I can’t seem to find any consistent data for my chosen combination as the data in my current resources varies considerably. The ADI manual is using a 270 Grain Barnes TSX bullet which due to the solid copper construction always shows a big variation to standard bullets. Another manual has much higher powder charges but the projectile is not specified.
The overall loaded round length is 3.554 inches, Remington brass, and Cci 250 large rifle magnum primer. The rifles has a 24 inch barrel. If anyone has suggestions or Quickload data, it would be appreciated.
