Need to be banned from GB

I really need to be banned from this site. It's doing a fine job of disposing of my income. I think I found another that will be really great if I can get it for the right price and then re-barrel her into my own tack driving 6-284. Its a Ruger M77 MKII VT in 25-06 with a Grey laminate stock.

You know, if you would just send that dying African widow the information she needs, you'd have five million US dollars (or was that two million Euros, or maybe it was seven hundred fifty thousand British pounds sterling, or ... I really get confused with all the offers). :mrgreen:

No thanks Mike. I really don't need it but like the 22-250 it's an investment. Especially when I could turn around and sell it for $750! That's my problem is if I can get it at a truely fair price I'm doomed. Knowing I can turn it and make money! That's what I get for getting an economics degree! If Nosler made a 105 AB I wouldn't stand a chance. I've shot over 600 rounds in the last month!!
 
Or you could buy it and send her down the road for about $750!! That's a fine rifle especially for a donor!! Oh boy there I go again. I'm in the same boat as you buddy. I hate working nights!
 
Yeah, GB is bad news.. So is Kurt! Always putting up these darned deals....
 
See guys I knew there were more good reasons for living north of the 49th 8) cause if we had GB here I would be working for ever to pay for the toys I would be buying :wink:

I also had a moment of weakness. My finger didn't listen to my brain and pressed the buy it now button. BUT is was a good deal. I have to keep telling myself that.

Fingers can be bad that way. My salvation is that they won't ship north of the 49th parallel.

Jim,

I haven't fell to the dark side yet I have a few days to get my feet underneath me and walk away. Hopefully they bid it up to a range where I no longer decide its a good investment.

Me too. That is why I now own a Remington 700 CDL 300 RUM.
 
Looks like I'm temporarily saved!! They took the listing down but part of me is really dissapointed!! That would have been the perfect rifle for a 6-284 project I guess the search will continue.
 
Mike I would have to second that :) there sure are some awful good deals on GB.
I think that I could even learn to like a model 70 if I could get to try one or 2. Even if they are RH. I could get them for my 2 boys :)
