New California Record bighorn sheep taken

Man, I applied every year with no luck. I know where to find this bighorn if that day arrive. The place is not that far from my house.

Very cool. Big ram. That's some tough country. The USMC introduced me to that area, then I started hiking it on my liberty days. Saw some neat stuff out in that desert...

That's a fair population to permit those numbers to be taken. The success rate must not be exceptionally high.
