New gun

Finally made up my mind. Got a Beretta .40 Px4 Storm. Had to travel many miles to find a store with reasonable prices. CA is not a very gun friendly place. Had to make a decision on a few choices. Kimber custom II .45 ACP was my first choice, Colt Lightweight Commander 1911 .38 Super second choice. In the end the Beretta won due to the shop owner throwing in some ammo and a TLR-2 laser/lite combo and swore on a blue moon this was the best deal and would let me trade it in if not satisfied.

I'm a terrible pistol shot. More practice needed for sure.

Good job. I must admit that I'm partial to the 45 ACP, and the Kimber is a beautiful handgun. The Colt Commander is right up there in the running. However, there is nothing wrong with the Beretta. Congratulations on securing a fine handgun.
