Congrats, you will love to have a crony sitting around to use. One tip I can say is make sure you have a good battery in it. And make sure that it is laying flat.

Congratulations. I don't like to go to the range w/o my Chrony. You'll enjoy the Master.

That is really a nice piece of equipment, you will really like it.

Congrats you just stepped into reality!

Man ain't that the truth. Now you really get to see just how far off your estimating from loads books really was. Yep POP, you said a mouth full there!!!!

Thanks guys. I just tested it out with 12 shots from my .22 rimfire. With remington thunderbolts the standard deviation was 146 fps! That is a lot isn't it?

Hopefully the handloads for my 22-250 are a little better

They will be a whole lot better for you and you will see a real big difference. :)

Properly set up chronograph's don't lie, a crucial tool in developing loads.

You'll love it! I have the same one. My only advice is.....just don't shoot it!

HaHa yeah that would be bad. It says you can use a shotgun, but that sounds like a bad idea to me.

One of the most important... yet neglected... part of a reloading set-up right there. Congrats...

I have the same model. Great piece of kit. I really started to understand load development and such when I started using the chrony. I, unlike Mike, have not shot mine yet (knocking on wood), but then again, I deploy too much.. Hopefully if I do put a shot on mine, it is with my 45-70 and 300gr PT's so I can record the kill! I will post pictures of it! Scotty

what the hell  sun mar 6 was my b-day and i darn sure didnt get nothin like that
congrats on the new toy,,,,,

I carry two to the range, and pack a couple of extra sets of rods and sky screens. Things happen.
