The one item I can add is to make sure the Chrony is completely unfolded and flat. I set mine on a stump and suddenly my velocities went up 200 fps until I noticed the stump wasn't flat and the sky screens were folded slightly towards each other. A chronograph sure helps in load development. Congrats.

If you haven't shot your Chrony, you're not shooting enough.

Seen a few get double-lunged in my day... it's pretty much always hilarious... unless it's your chronograph.

It's equally un-funny if it's your friend's chrony and his 44Mag and you shooting. Thankfully they have a very economical swapout/refurb program.

Yes, I have availed myself of that service on a few occasions. Only half-jokingly do I relate that I have Shooting Chrony on speed-dial.
