New scope for my Creedmoor!

I'm stoked! I was thinking about getting a new scope for my 6.5 Creedmoor, and when I wandered into my LGS today and asked about the one I was thinking about they plopped it down on the counter and that was all it took.

I currently have a Leupold Competition 35x on it, which works fine on long range targets but I wanted something variable and I was looking for a Leupold 8.5-25x50 LR/T Mark 4. This one has the M1 TMR reticle which doesn't have a true center dot, it allows you to see the exact center of the target more easily. I'd have pictures but they didn't have the right rings for it, so I have Warnes on order. Hopefully they will be here soon.

This one is a tad different but they run like 1900.00 every other place I have seen as it has M1 knobs, FFP TMR reticle as it's a ER/T model ! I,actually called Leupold and checked them out and they said they were a authorized dealer !

Wow, I feel a little inadequate with only a 4.5-14x40 for mine...

We've got some pretty long ranges out this way. I have the 6-18x40 version on my 22-250 and I use it all.
