Nosler 243 winchester brass ?

Reputed to be Norma. However, that is considered a trade secret. As long as the brass is made to Nosler specs, I doubt they will divulge this particular information.

Not sure of the source but it will be Norma, Federal or Winchester.

Widely believed to be Norma. But if you buy 243 Lapua brass there is no question as to who is making it. I've had very good luck with Lapua brass in my custom barrels.
