Alright fella's,
I've got my new barrel in from my gunsmith, finally. It took a long time and I'm still waiting on my 6.5x47 Lapua, but, he is a great friend and a hell of a gunsmith and it's not his fault health issues held him up. Anyways, I have a +0.050" throat in my chamber for the 215 Berger Hybrid's, an 8lb keg of H1000, and several thousand F215M's to load them up with. I have searched and searched for Lapua brass with no success. I've heard they're going to start producing it again but I will believe it when I see it. I am now considering Norma and Nosler. Norma is my first choice, but, I would like to support a U.S. company if possible. I have heard the QC issues Nosler had with their .300 Win. Mag. brass and am wondering if I should go with Nosler? Have they corrected these issues and is the quality as good as it claims to be?
Thanks in advance
