Customer Service called back today.

The 9th edition hardcopy will be available mid December.

There will not be an electronic manual.
(Shame, love having the electronic Hornady manual. .. that way my wife doesn’t catch me reading reloading manuals in bed. She thinks I’m doing email. )

I did by a 2nd and third edition Nosler on eBay so I could have some old recipes before the lawyers got involved in reloading manuals. Pretty much got them under $13 delivered. One was clearly used, the other not so much.
