Has anyone purchased Nosler brass that have come to you unusable? Twice now I have purchased Nosler brass, Premium Brass, that I am unsatisfied with. Damaged case mouths and thick inside case mouths. I am a long time user of Nosler bullets. Forty years plus loading different Nosler bullets. This was the first time purchasing Nosler brass, 7MMRM and 7x57, only to be disappointed. MTG

The Nosler brass I have is really good. If it were me I would call Nosler, tell them about your issues and see what they say.

I'll bet 10 dollars to a donut that they will make it right.

On another note, it might have been better to contact Nosler first!

Did so and awaiting results. Hope this was merely a o e in a thousand,or more, mistake.

I bought some factory ammo of theirs. All three boxes had some bad brass. Some not bad but others bad shoulders, necks, etc. I was planning to reload the brass so they did replace it.

To Noslers credit they have made it right anytime I have had a problem. I think I've only had to twice though.

Never had that with any of my Nosler Premium Brass, had a few bags of factory seconds for my .270 Winchester that wouldn't chamber and had to run them through a body die to bump the shoulder back a tad, after that I learned to full length resize all virgin brass, even Nosler Premium products.

it only takes a minute to I run new brass through my a full length die . you never know if one could be out of spec a little .

Never and I’ve used it for years. I haven’t bought any recently though and I’ve only used 280 AI.

have a batch of 308 brass bought as seconds that is tight when reloaded but have 257 Bee and 222 brass no problems

I have had great success with Nosler brass in the following calibers…
22 Nosler
257 Roberts
280AI
300 Blackout
308 Win
30 Nosler
35 Whelen
375 H&H Mag
I’ve also handled
300 Win Mag
33 Nosler
350 Rem Mag
If it’s out of spec, contact Nosler Customer Service

It’s proven soft in my experience, but I’ve only tried one cartridge.
Fired it all very mild the first time, and had no luck getting velocity with it. Used Peterson instead, it resulted in great precision and velocity.
Small sample.

Mostly very good luck in a variety of calibers. I used it exclusively to fire form 8mm rem mag to 338 Jarrett for as long as i can remember.

I confess I've never bought or used any Nosler brass, not for any particular reason, simply that my dealer has Norma on the shelf :ROFLMAO: (The brass too)..
Never, not once in 40 years have I had any kind of issue with Norma brass - it's good & consistent.
Having said that, I do F/L re-size all new brass & although no issue, I have to fireform the brass to my rifles, so,.. I don't zero or chrono on new brass.

Yes sir! I've used a good bit of Norma brass as well, and it is excellent.
