I recently finished load testing 100 NBT in a 26" T/C encore. Used 55.3 of H4831, with OAL of 3.195 loaded in Remington brass with WLRM primers. Shoots clover leaves at 100 yrs. Chrono rds at 3200 fps. I suggest starting off at 51.0 and work up from their. If cartridge OAL length exceeded 3.200 my groups would open up.

Try 57g RL-22, or 53g IMR-4350. Both have proved very accurate in my dads 25-06, and my 25-06. Velocity is 3400fps for the RL-22 load with .75" groups out of my dads stock ruger s/s, and the IMR-4350 load clocks at 3300 with .5" groups out of my old ruger s/s. Work up to them, they are decently hot, but accurate and fast.

Every bullet I've ever tried with H4831 has shot well in my 25-06, and none have really like the RL powders. The 100 grain ballistic tip and H4831 has been a particularly accurate and effective load for me.

The 25 cal 100 gr BT is a very accurate bullet. I get grooups in the .5's with this bullet out of my 257 Roberts.

In my Ruger #1 26" barrel I get over 3400 fps with RL22. I stayed with 57 gr which yielded 3360 fps and .45" groups. 58 gave me 3420 or so and opened up the group to .85". I settled for 57 gr. This is the gun I have for sale BTW in the classifieds of this site. :lol:
Glad to see others use slow powders with this bullet. Folks usually seemed surprised when I claim great results with Hodgdon Retumbo powder and the 100 grain ballistic tip bullet but it is super accurate in my Ruger #1V. Not long ago I shot my first ever 200 yard, 5-shot, cover with a dime, group with this load. The powder charge was 61 grains with a CCI 200 primer.
