Seems like the supply of Nosler bullets has about dried up save for PT's. Can we expect some ABLR and BT's to be available before fall? Or is it time to look for another bullet from Hornady or Swift etc.?

Are you watching, Shooters Pro Shop, Midway, or many of the other online web sites. I have seen them listed quite regularly. A general search online will give you lots of choices. Good luck!!!!!

Here in Sasjatchewan you can pick up Accubonds on occasion but the ABLRs are real difficult to nonexistent .
I am checking every week to try & find some 277s but have not been successful todate :(.

Blessings,
Dan

Hmmm. Finding plenty of Nosler bullets in the local gun shop. No problem.

There's also quite a stash at my place.

I tend to buy them in fair quantity when I find a good price. Best advice I can give is that when you find a bullet you really like and intend to use a lot over the years... Buy a BUNCH of them!

Best of luck on your bullet search.

I have some .277 ABLR's if you want them Dan.

Gerhard, I have 277 150 ABLRs but can't find 130gr ABs:) supposedly coming in next week along with IMR powder.
I need the 130s for fall so I have some time.
Thank you for the offer my friend :)!

Blessings,
Dan

You are welcome, I can't help on the 130 gr Accubonds but it sounds like they should arrive soon.

Darkhorse,

What bullet(s) are you looking for?

JD338

Darkhorse, I misspoke, I see BT, listed frequently, but the LRAB, are very scarce. As guy says when you find what you want buy a lifetime supply.

I usually have a good supply of 130gr ABs :) but now I am loading for my son & another young guy that has been hunting with us now for a few years. The young guys seem to go through them a lot faster then 3rd guy I load for !
Yes I sure hope the availability of the loading supplies starts to come around. I am wondering with less going on in the military maybe supplies will get better for us ordinary folks?

Blessings,
Dan

JD338, I was looking for 7mm 150BT's and/or 7mm150ABLR. I found some 150 Silvertip BT's, But I'm not sure if I'll have to start over with load development or not.
But, all that is going to take a back burner for now. I go in to have a total knee replacement May, 8. I have so much to do before then my wife would kill me if I started obsessing with my handloads right now.
I do have some loads ready to shoot and I hope next week I can work in a range day.
I'll worry about getting some bullets later on. And, I haven't checked my LGS's. I was rushing myself because I dislike doing load development once the heat and humidity gets here. I like the conditions to closely match the actual hunting temps. and humidity.
As soon as I can walk a hundred yards and back I'll be ready to get started. Anyway I have some loads right now that shoot really well I just find it hard to not keep trying more combos looking for something better.

I have not much trouble finding Nosler Partitions here in western Washington gun stores. Since I don't shoot coyotes (or running deer) at 1400 yards in western Washington (while standing on one foot with the other foot in my mouth). Partitions or even BT's work fine in my underpowered ".257 Slowshot" out to 400 yards with no gut wrenching recriminations or (hot air) gas pains for all around me from the back-blast of a 6.5 Nike Zeus!

Can someone explain the deal on ABLR Bullets? I mean they are not available anywhere.
They announced this bullet some time ago with no availability now.

30 cal 190 & 210's just are not available to purchase!

Don

Just walked out of Calbelas with a box of 130gr ABs for my 270win. Last week there wasn't anything this week 1 box :) go figure! Well at least I got 1 box more.

Blessings,
Dan

I have been waiting and watching SPS for some 130 Partition .270s and they finally showed up the other day. Grabbed up a bunch right off. Don't ever wait for you'll lose out.

Nosler must be back in the groove? I noticed that they are running more bullets on SPS, so they must be producing now.
