I went out to the lease a couple weekends ago and tried out a theory I've been working on. Sounds funny but you know the animal toys with the squeeker built in them. They drive dogs and cats crazy so I thought why not try to call some coyotes in with one. Our lease has lots of coyotes and a good population of bobcats. I set up in three different places and called in 5 bobcats and two coyotes. I only shot at the coyotes and I believe I called in some of the bobcats twice, they were youngsters in the 20 pound class. The neat thing was how fast these animals reacted and came on the run. Definitly worth a try for any varmint caller.

I keep one in my predator vest. Always nice to have differn't calls handy when nothing else is working.

I used a Mouse Squeaker a couple winters ago to call in a nice male Coyote. I had been playing a Cape Hare Distress sound on an E-Caller when I spotted the Coyote sitting starring my way from almost 1/2 mile out on th end of a corn field. I turned on the Cape Hare Distress again, and the Coyote did absolutely nothing. 5 squeaks on a Mouse Squeaker and he started my way. He'd comes a ways and stop but a few more squeaks would get him moving again. Ended up shooting him right at 100 yards.

Congrats on your success.
