Patrick, I looked on the Millett website, and you are correct, these look like Millett rings.

RCBS group A part# 12201 250 Savage Die set. Made in 77. FL/Seater were cleaned and treated with Gibbs (penetrating oil with rust preventative). Would like to give dies to a new home. Would like shipping. Weighted this set in its green box, 1# 1 oz.
