I shot some of my 7MM Mag reloads today and I've been getting powder burns on the neck of my cartridges. I was wondering if this is natual or is it something I'm doing wrong. I'm loading 175Grain Speer Mag Tip with 58.8 grains of Imr 4350 powder. Other than the powder burns,it shoots this bullet well. Thanks for the help.

It's normal. I usually clean the necks with a good powder solvent, or tumble them each time. In a good rifle, not cleaning the necks will open up your groups an 1/8".

Thanks for the help,I got some good old Hoppes #9 powder solvent that I can use.
