Powders and MV's for 16" 6.5 PRC with 130's-140's?

How many here have 16"-16.5" (Even 17" info appreciated) 6.5 PRC's, shooting 130-140 grain bullets?
With these bullet weights in mind, I am considering H-4350, H-4831sc and RL 26.
Actual velocities with the brass/powder/bullet combinations you have would be appreciated.
I have all three of the powders listed above
