Unable to find Federal Large Rifle primers (210) out of necessity I will be switching to CCC BR2 primers that I have in ample quantity. Should I expect a significant difference with this change, all else being equal? Thanks in advance for replies. Rol

Probably nothing significant.

I use both primers at various times, Rol. I can't imagine you'll see any significant difference in performance.

Rol, those are the only 2 primers that I have stock piled :wink:.
I personally have never seen a noticeable difference.

I have a couple of thousand of each primer (BR2 and 210M). While I don't advocate changing primers in a given load without verifying safety (dropping back 5% and working up), the two primers are quite similar in brisance as far as I can tell.l
