Hi,
I just joined this forum (I'm a regular participant in an Australian Hunting Forum) to see if I can tap into some of your knowledge.

I have a Model 70 in 22-250.

To save a lot of time finding which bullets will work best in that rifle, I wanted to use the Greenhill Formula to determine the right pill for the job. The problem seems to be that hardly any (if not all) manufacturers don't list projectile lenghts which is required to worked out twist rate/suitable projectile.

Soooooo,
My question is, has anybody have a table or reference to where I can find projectile lengths without spending hours at a gunshop opening boxes and using a vernier?

Thanks in advance

that would make too much sense  ,to do it the "right way".
.. the american way is, you have to buy all the boxes.
you are on the right track"higer velocity can make up for a slower twist."

here is another sight for you
