What is this brass like? Does it compare to Winchester or Remington? Is it worth .50 a piece for .243 win brass?

Remchester it is; I've had great luck with it. Not as good as Nosler, Norma, or Lapua, but just as good as the big two, cheaper & more available especially when couples with Graf & Sons shipping!

Seems like good stuff, it's all I use in my 6.5x55, I buy their 120 grain match ammo for killin rocks and cactus and reload from there, haven't worn any out yet.

I just bought a box of 139 SPBT's for our Swede. Ammo is accurate and brass looks pretty good as well. I'll probably take a chance on buying some more.

It is as good or better than WW or Rem. I have used quite a good bit of it in different calibers like 7.62x54R and 7.5x55 Swiss. It has lasted a looooooog time and I have worked up VERY accurate loads with it.

Glad to see the positive responses to this inquiry. I just bought 200 pcs. of 7.62x39 from Graf recently and now look forward to loading them. The brass looks good. I had to clean up a few flash holes but that's not unusual.

In my experience (7,5 swiss and 6,5 Swedish) this brass is as good as Norma. Far superior to Rem, Win, Fed or Hornady. I'm over 12 loadings in 7,5 swiss with one batch (neck sized, light loads). I have won many CMP vintage matches with PRVI metric brass.

The annealing, longevity and consistency are all extremely good. You should de-bur the flash holes and the primer pockets can be a bit tight. I use Fed, and S&B primers with no issues. Winchester were a tad sticky but still worked if carefully seated.

I'm using it for my long line 600 yd load in full house 80 gr match loads in .223. Don't have a thorough test of that one yet, but I have the confidence to use it without a second thought.

Well...my experience isn't quite as positive but my sample of one isn't maybe fair.
I bought 100 new brass from grafs in 308. The first thing I noticed is this stuff is heavy. So if you buy it check out case capacity. The necks are very thick and at best average in uniformity.
Then...the headspacing was poor....I had to run it through a body die to get it to chamber freely in two different factory chambers. I think I read later that the Europeans don't manufacture to saami specs....they have their own standards.
Now...that said....once I found the right loads (slightly reduced) and began to reload it more it held up fine and shot pretty accurately.
I bought this stuff cause I was feeling cheap.....brass was actually available back then. It wasn't worth the monkey business for the savings. In all honesty I wouldn't buy anymore unless I was getting low and couldn't find American stuff.

Glad you gave me the heads up on Graf having 7.62x39 cases. The only reloadable cases I have a Laupa and they are too expensive to loose. I seem to spend more time trying to find them after shooting them in my SKSs than I do actually shooting. By the way I could not believe the accuracy of both of the Yugo SKSs I have with this load. 29 grs H322, yes it is a compressed load, with Hornady 123 gr SP, Rem 9 1/2 primer, Laupa case, COAL 2.190 and us a Lee Factory Crimp die on it. Shoots under 1" at 100 yards with stock rifle with open sights. With different factory ammos they average 2 to 3".
