I am beginning to give up this 150 grains Berger VLD hunting.

Started with 58 grains MRP.
Bullet seated almost to the lands. I am going to hunt with this bullets and do not want to stick to the lands if I empty the chamber.

It was ok, but same problem with 58,57.5,57,56.5 grains MRP
the 3 shot is allways 1cm high and to the reigt.

tryed to set them
0.2
0.4
0.5mm
from the lands, but then it is all over the target.

Frustrated I picket up some 150 grains Nosler LR. They always give me a big smile

The ABLR will certain serve you well. You can make some fine, accurate ammunition with the Bergers. Candidly, I'm somewhat surprised that you didn't have better success with them in the realm of accuracy. Having said that, the ABLR performs very well when used on game.

Either of those looks as if they will hunt. However, the 56.5 grain of MRP should put a smile on your face. Very good.
