The only thing that I can think you might be missing is a "please." No one on this forum is obligated to take their time to run numbers through a program that they spent their money on for anyone else. I always make sure to ask nicely when I've asked for quickload runs in the past. And I still don't expect to always get what I want. But beggars can't be choosers, and until we fork out the money for the program ourselves, we should considers ourselves lucky for any help we get.

That said, I'd be interested to see info on this myself, and I hope someone runs it for you.

The unfortunate fact is that the 6mm Creedmoor is not in the current data base. It would be possible to mock up a presentation, however. I suspect that it is more an issue of time than anything. Give it some time and someone will work through the setup for you. Alternatively, a new data release may be forthcoming in the new year.

6mm Creedmoor is not listed on QL, we pretty much have to spend head scratching time to make a new file for it which will require time and hands on experience which most and I don't have. Hopefully a Geek comes along and figures it out. :grin:

I have been running rl-26 in my wife's 26" 6CM. 48 gr gave me slight pressure signs but .3" groups with a 105 vld doing 3260. I love the speed and group size but i think the es is a bit large. Hoping to run it out further later. I might also drop down to 47.5 as it shot just as well.

I tried the 105 RDF buy I couldn't get them to shoot very well in that rifle.

I tried .005 to .05 off. In all fairness I didn't try any other powder besides rl-26. H4350 or rl-17 might get a chance in the future.

Geeze, I was pretty skeptical about the 6 Creedmore, but if those numbers are accurate, it seems to be .243 Ackley Improved territory and probably even a bit faster! Those velocities are fast from a 22" barrel!

Thanks Dwh for your QL posts ! Many of us are sitting on the sidelines of a 6mm Creedmoor , and considering it in a future rifle. I just downloaded the Sierrra Load guide , and in a new pressure barrel , the velocities look very good for 24" . What is most impressive is the efficiency of the 30 degree shoulder and long neck . Also very few open entries @ starting loads . I interpret that as fewer problems w/ pressure spikes like .243 which I have loaded for since 1988 . As time permits , would you run another QL for 6mm Creedmoor , 26" BL , 87gr Vmax seated to the base of the neck ? Case volume per previous post ( or your best guess) . I would like to compare the results to my 26" , .243 , especially around 39.1gr Reloder 15 .
After seeing your run of "22 Creedmoor" , I would bet the results could be just as interesting for a "7mm Creedmoor " ! I am convinced that this case design deserves more attention in the future.

I'm going to run that string again using the once fired cases and 46.5 as a max. Its very cold here in Maine right now ,10 below tonight and 5 for a high tomorrow. Will be awhile before I can do this. I'm liking this RL 26,was able to get 3004+/_ from my 22" 270 and a 150gr Speer H.C. That load went barely 1.00 @100 and no pressure.
